However, INEC and the All Progressives Congress (APC) and Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu are reportedly opposing this request.

In a recent development, the Allied People’s Movement (APM) has withdrawn their case against the APC, Bola Tinubu, and the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).
