Breaking News: Court stops the swearing in of Tinubu as president over drug-related case and BVAS failure

The court of appeal has stopped the swearing-in of APC Presidential candidate Bola Tinubu as President over drug-related cases and INEC BVAS failure.

The judge which gave the judgment point it clear that a president will not emerge if the presidential election was questionable and the person who was declared winner has a court case in the US where some of his properties were confiscated by the US government.

The court also invited the INEC chairman to court, to give an account of why the BVAS failed to function transparently as he assured Nigerians during his visit to the US chatham house before the election.
