Peter Obi’s Request To Serve Petition On Bola Tinubu Is Approved By The Court of Appeal

Peter Obi requested that a petition be served on Bola Ahmed Tinubu regarding the presidential election that was held on February 25th, and the Court of Appeal in Abuja honoured, and approved his request.

Tinubu, who was named the winner by the Independent National Electoral Commission, is being challenged by Peter Obi (INEC).
