Just in: Ahead of the election, Buhari orders all telecommunications to shut down till after the election
President Muhammadu Buhari has ordered all telecommunications operating in Nigeria to shut down their services until the presidential election is over.
The order will take effect starting from Friday a day before the election, the reason for this order remains unknown to the public
